How does MindPal work?

On MindPal, you can can upload your knowledge sources (by URL or by uploads) and create your own agents with your own prompts/instructions. These knowledge sources and agents are the backbone of your MindPal experience. You can connect an agent with any knowledge sources to chat with it personally or make chatbots that you can share to other people and embed on your own websites.

How can I use MindPal for my work and my company?

With your knowledge sources and your customized agents, you can chat with your data (great for navigating internal documents), ask the agents to perform specific tasks with the contextual understanding of your business in mind (e.g., copywriting, marketing campaign suggestions, etc.), or build chatbots that can answer users’ questions based on the information from your uploaded knowledge sources (great for customer support, teaching assistant, or FAQs).

What data can I upload to MindPal?

MindPal can learn any type of files (audio, video, PDF, CSV, JSON, Text, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or websites. Paid users can upload multiple files/links at the same time and can have the option to scrape all sub-pages of one website at one time without having to imput individual sub page.

Does MindPal use ChatGPT?

Yes, we’re using ChatGPT. In the near future, we will support more LLM models.

Does MindPal support other languages besides English?

Yes! Since we’re using ChatGPT, we support as many languages as ChatGPT does.

How can I add the chatbot I created on MindPal to my website?

You can share a link, embed an iframe, or add a chat bubble to your website. Simply build a chatbot and click ‘Publish’, and you will receive the specific instructions and the code to do this.

Can I give my chatbots my own instructions?

Yes. Each MindPal chatbot is based on an agent. You can customize the agent’s base prompt to have it behave according to your requirements.

Do I need to input my OpenAI API key?

You don’t need an OpenAI API key for trial and for the subscription plans. An OpenAI API key is only required if you purchase the Lifetime Unlimited plan. Your OpenAI API key is securely stored locally on your browser and won’t be shared with anyone, including MindPal team.
