What counts as a credit?
Whenever you use the Assist tab to ask Bizway a question, or run a Prompt, this is executed by OpenAI’s most powerful AI model, GPT-4. We count a credit as any message that gets sent to GPT-4 and returns a response. That response could be anything from some advice about your pricing, to a full blog post, marketing strategy or a list of competitors.

How are credits reset?
At the end of your billing period each month, your credits/usage will reset to 0, and you will be able to use up to your plan’s limit amount. So, if you are on the Pro plan, this means you’ll have 750 fresh credits to use that month.

Can I upgrade if reach my limit for the month?
Yes! If you hit your limit midway through the month, you can always upgrade to the next tier. Your current plan amount will be discounted from the upgrade, and going forward you will be billed the new tier’s plan amount. E.g. You sign up for Starter on the 1st ($19), then upgrade to Plus on the 12th. You will pay +$20 to upgrade on the 12th, then from the 1st of the next month you will be billed $39/mo.

What is a Biz project?
Inside Bizway, each business idea that you are planning is housed inside a ‘Biz’ project. So, if you have an idea for a mobile app, another idea for a blog, and another one for an online community business–you can host these in separate projects, and curate information about each, separately, as you go.

Which model of GPT do you use in Bizway?
For almost all responses, Bizway uses GPT-4, OpenAI’s smartest and most capable GPT model. This means that responses may take a little longer than they would using GPT 3.5 turbo; but are of a much higher quality and trustworthiness.
